On the day of arrival, the room is available from 1 p.m.
If you arrive earlier, please feel free to use the pool area and the garden or to have a drink or a snack in our bar or à la carte restaurant. You can deposit your baggage at the reception in the meantime.
If you arrive after 6 p.m. please call us (+39 0474 671 135) to let us know.
If you wish, you can borrow a cozy bathrobe (flat rate €10.00 for the entire stay).
If you let us know in advance, we can have them ready for you in your room. Otherwise you can also borrow a bathrobe at the reception.
On the day of departure we ask you to free the room by 10 a.m.
On the day of departure you can use the wellness area and other hotel facilities free of charge until 3 p.m. If you would like to stay longer, we charge a flat rate of €20.00 per room.
For organizational reasons, we ask for prior notification in case of allergies, intolerances as well as special diets (limitations).
On request well educated pets are welcome in our hotel (only in dedicated rooms).
We calculated 18,00 € per day (amount is without food). If you want to bring your dog, a basket or blanket is required. Out of consideration for other guests must also be ensured that the dog in the hotel (especially in the room) does not bark! Please note that your four-legged friend is not allowed to enter the dining room or swimming pool area - except for Crocodiles :-) If necessary, we reserve the right to charge final cleaning or any damages.
