Arrival (Check-In):
- On the day of arrival, your room will be available from around 1:00 PM.
- If you arrive early, you are welcome to use the garden and thewellness area with swimming pool. You can also enjoy a snack or drink at the bar or in the à la carte restaurant.
- You can leave your luggage at the reception in the meantime.
- Please inform us in advance if you plan to arrive later than 6:00 PM.
- Arrival is possible on any day, except during certain peak seasons.
Departure (Check-Out):
- On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the room by 10:00 AM at the latest.
- On the day of departure, you are free to use the wellness area with swimming pool and other hotel facilities until 1:00 PM at no extra cost.
- You are also welcome to use the wellness area after 1:00 PM - in this case we would charge a flat rate of € 25.00 per room.
Allergies, Dietary Requirements, and Intolerances
For organizational reasons, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about any allergies, special dietary needs, or intolerances (subject to limited availability).
Pets
Well-behaved pets are welcome in our hotel in specially designated rooms upon request. A fee of 18.00 € per day (excluding food) will apply. Guests bringing dogs should bring a basket or a blanket and ensure that the dog does not bark (especially in the room). Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and swimming pool area. Additional charges may apply for cleaning or damage if necessary.

- The bus and ski bus stop is located directly in front of the hotel.
- You will receive the Guest-Pass / museumobil Cardfor free use of public transportation in South Tyrol and free access to many museums in South Tyrol.
- Free Wi-Fi access throughout the hotel.
- We will do our best to accommodate your request for a specific room number or floor.

- Our hotel has an accessible elevator that easily reaches all floors.
- Smoking is not permitted in the rooms and holiday apartments.
- Free parking at the hotel.
- We also offer an à la carte restaurant for lunch and dinner.
- Upon request, you can borrow a cozy bathrobe for a flat rate of 10.00 € for the entire stay. If you inform us in advance, we can have them ready in your room. Alternatively, you can also rent a bathrobe at the reception.
